HRG Distribution (HRG) was started in May 2018 to address the changing market in the indoor horticultural industry. HRG is a professional Manufacturers’ Representative agency which specializes in the sale of horticultural products to the indoor and greenhouse horticultural markets. The sales team, which previously worked exclusively as the Nanolux Technology sales team, has grown into a separate entity to be able to further the marketing and sales of our partner companies under the HRG family.

Management Team
Keith Harrington
CEO
Keith’s background is in economics which he studied at UC Berkeley. He has successfully built seven companies over his 30-year business career. His industrial background is in lighting which he has been doing in one form or another for his entire career. He is a long-standing figure in the horticultural/hydroponics industry and was the owner of Diamond Lights Inc., one of the original lighting companies in the industry. He was also one of the founders of Sentinel controls within the hydroponic industry. He currently operates and oversees Nanolux Technology Inc..
Sales Team
Clay Harrington
Rocky Mountain/Southwest/Midwest Territory
Clay is new to our team but not unfamiliar in the industry. Clay grew up in the hydro industry because of his families various business’s going back decades. Clay has worked internally within the business for years doing everything from trade shows, operations and tech support. He is very well versed in all of our partners products and the territory will be well served.
Lindsay Vogel
Southern California/Southern Nevada
Lindsay K. Vogel comes from an extensive sales and marketing background with a high level entrepreneurial spirit. From owning her own business at age 21, to working and doing sales for a multimillion dollar travel company in the tech space. She later found excitement in the widely growing horticultural industry starting out her career at Nanolux Technology, now going on approx. 8 years and today has become widely knowledgeable within the space.
Donnie Mendoza
Northeast Territory
Donnie’s background is extensive in the HVAC industry where he began right out of high school and went on to owning a company for the final two years of his HVAC career. As a long time indoor cultivator, in 2018, Donnie took his knowledge and became the East Coast Representative for Oregon’s Only Organics. He is the rank of Nectar Assassin. His short time with Oregon’s Only led him to the position he currently holds, as the North East Representative for HRG Distribution (HRG).
Ryan Seibert
Pacific Northwest Territory
Ryan has an extensive background in cultivation. He was the lead greenhouse grower for an Organic Agriculture production farm and taught classes in cultivation practices and cloning techniques with Mama’s Clinic in The Dalles, OR. Ryan brings 20+ years of practical, hands on growing expertise to HRG and recently earned the status of Nectar Assassin. Prior to HRG, Ryan managed a successful hydro store in OR and is knowledgeable in all aspects of grow equipment and nutrients.
Dan Wheeler
Inside Sales
Dan has been in the Hydroponic Industry for over 15 years. He started his career at Diamond Lights in San Rafael, Ca.. He spent his time at Diamond Lights as the Retail store manager and moving to Inside Sales and R&D. He then moved to a postion as Inside Sales/Purchasing Manager for General Hydroponics in Sebastopol, Ca. He has been with Nanolux Technology in Commercial Sales and as the NorCal Sales Rep. He has technical knowledge of Hydroponic growing and his back ground in Sales.

Renata Varga
Northern California/Nevada Territory
We are pleased to have Renata back on our team. Renata has been in the hydroponic and cannabis industry since 2003. Her 17 year career started by working at, and then managing, a successful hydroponic store in the Sacramento area. During this time, she gained an extensive knowledge on all aspects of hydroponic growing. She then moved into a position as NorCal regional sales representative for Nanolux, where she was instrumental in building brand recognition in her territory. Following Nanolux, she further enhanced her growing knowledge by co-managing a licensed legal farm in Mendocino while at the same time, doing sales for a genetics company. Renata moved to Oklahoma to be on the forefront of legalization for that state, and helped build and manage an indoor cultivation site. Renata also has work experience with an extractions company as well as regional sales representation for a key distributor in the industry. Renata has a thorough knowledge of regulations, licensing, design and management of indoor and outdoor cultivation.
